Foxfield is excited to announce the successful execution of a 10-year lease renewal with our valued tenant, Energy Systems, a subsidiary of Generac, a leading global manufacturer of power generation equipment and other energy technology solutions, for 32,500 SF at 410 Forest in Marlborough, MA. Foxfield was thrilled to welcome brokers to Sugarloaf Logistics Hub last week for an on-site event. This 2.2 million SF industrial park, located in Lawrenceville, GA, is currently under development and will feature seven buildings ranging from 120,000 SF to 624,280 SF, offering flexible space options for tenants of all sizes. Attendees had the chance to see the progress firsthand and gain insight into this exciting project. And a special shoutout to our raffle winners: James Wiant, Chandler Bryant, and Darren Ross! Congratulations!   We sincerely appreciate everyone who came out to visit the site, learn more about the development, and connect with colleagues in the industry. It was a pleasure to share this exciting project with you, and we look forward to continuing the conversations and exploring future opportunities together!
