This has been quite the year. Many moments have tested me as a person, a mom and an entrepreneur. There have been weeks and even months where I’ve been exhausted and challenged beyond anything I have experienced before. Yet, I am concluding this year filled with hope. Why? I’ll give you three examples: 1. Our people: Like any company, we have experienced transitions and those have not always been easy but with this comes new growth. From long-time employees stepping into new leadership roles like Sophie Dornstreich, MSW, NBC-HWC and Jaimie Rose, to finally bringing on board those who we’ve been talking to for months if not years like Kate Santucci and Pouneh Alizadeh. And then there are those serendipitous moments that bring us to amazing candidates like Maria Gorman and Cindy W. Lin, MPH (photo from our in-person huddle…full team photo coming in Q1). They bring with them new learnings, ideas and creativity, and I am loving every minute of it. 2. A business inflection point: B2B isn’t easy, D2C isn’t easy, B2B2C is an interesting combination of not easy. My prior jobs taught me this first hand...and that the moment it “clicks” can take longer than expected. So to see our original partners expand to national contracts and a new world open up with our fertility clinic partners is exhilarating. And we are ready! 3. The talent flooding into women’s health: When we opened some of our new roles at Frame, we were swarmed with INCREDIBLE resumes. I am still digging out of the inbound messages and emails we received. And while I sadly couldn’t get to all of them, I was blown away by the talent and most importantly, the stories of why people want to work in women’s health. I have never been more inspired and energized for our industry. Case and point: I just had a phone call with a junior at the UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health (go tarheels!), and she won a pitch competition seeking solutions for endometriosis. Here 👏 for 👏this 👏! Onwards with hope…but first, we rest 🙂 Happy holidays and thank you to all of you out there that have supported me and our mission at Frame!

Moving is never fun, especially when you realize you need to find a whole new set of doctors for you and your family. So, here I am, almost 10 months later, finally tackling this task for myself. As I fumbled through the process this month—asking neighbors for recommendations, calling offices during their 8-5 business hours, trying to make appointments, waiting on hold, and booking out months in advance—I was pleasantly struck by this quote from one of our patients. This is why we do what we do at Frame. The fertility journey is already challenging enough. The small things—like online scheduling with after-hours options, personalized checklists, and reminders delivered the way you want them—can make a world of difference. Every decision we make is focused on making the experience easier, more convenient, and ultimately less stressful for our patients, members, and customers. #Fertility #PatientExperience #CustomerCare #HealthcareInnovation #MakingItEasier

No matter what, we will never stop fighting for patients battling infertility. 💪 This mission echoed loudly at RESOLVE: The National Infertility Association's Annual Night of Hope on Tuesday evening. We were moved by the words of Barb Collura, the fearless leader of RESOLVE, and advocates like Corinn O'Brien, who reminded us that it only takes one voice to spark a movement for change. In rooms like this, hope isn’t just a word—it’s a call to action. Alongside with 450+ passionate attendees, we are more committed than ever to building a future where everyone has the opportunity to grow their family. A heartfelt thank you to our incredible table mates and fertility partners who joined us for this incredible event among many others: Rescripted, BINTO, Bird&Be, Cofertility, GENESCREEN COUNSELING, LLC, GAIA , CCRM Fertility, pregnantish, US Fertility #NightOfHope #RESOLVE #FertilitySupport #Advocacy #FrameFertility

🎙️ One of my favorite podcast recordings to date! And most importantly, it's been incredibly rewarding to receive so many messages from patients who felt heard and seen after listening. It was also so meaningful to join this podcast because it reflects what Frame is all about—collaborating with amazing in-person clinics and physicians to enhance the patient experience. Spending time with Dr. Susan Hudson, Dr. Carrie Bedient, MD, and Dr. Abby Eblen felt like coming home in more ways than one (perhaps why I blabbed on for so long in the beginning!) At Frame, we’re bridging the gap between visits through our virtual solution, and we couldn't do this without partnering with in-person primary care, OB/GYN, and fertility clinics. Our hybrid model is key, and I believe all virtual solutions must have a hybrid approach to truly improve patient outcomes. Now more than ever, it’s imperative that we partner together to support patients. 💪 #PatientCare #HybridModel #HealthcareInnovation #FertilitySupport #FrameFertility

Frame CEO, Jessica Bell van der Wal, recently joined Dr. Carrie Bedient, MD, Dr. Abby Eblen, and Dr. Susan Hudson on an episode of the Fertility Docs Uncensored podcast. In “Frame Your Future: Navigating Fertility with Expert Guidance”, Jessica shares her personal journey and discusses how Frame is revolutionizing the way we approach fertility health. Here’s what you can expect to hear in this episode: ** Jessica’s own infertility journey and how it inspired Frame (plus some fun personal tidbits) ** How Frame supports proactive fertility understanding and addresses risks upstream to save time and money and improve outcomes ** The importance of emotional support during treatment and how Frame ensures patients are supported between visits and after hours And if you’re someone who’s experiencing infertility and wondering if this podcast may help you, take it from a patient who just signed up: "I heard about Frame on this podcast and it's exactly what I need." I've been fortunate to have had incredible mentors throughout my career, but it’s especially meaningful when those relationships evolve into something more—like the partnership I now have with the amazing Jill Chisholm. A few years ago, my experience in the fertility space was personal—I was a patient. I faced the struggles of infertility, enduring years of treatment and uncertainty. Coming out on the other side, I felt a deep drive to work in this industry and help others in similar situations. When I entered the field, I was lucky to find mentors like Jill (and many others) who offered their wisdom as we navigated the problems facing patients and clinics and identified solutions. Jill and I met at ASRM a little over a year ago and she's continued to be a guiding light for me ever since. And I’m thrilled to share that our relationship has grown into a partnership. Our companies, Frame and GENESCREEN COUNSELING, LLC, are now working together to help patients better understand their family and genetic history. We’re ensuring these vital conversations and tests happen earlier, empowering patients with knowledge to accelerate their next steps. This is women supporting women. Veterans uplifting new founders. It’s a beautiful thing, and I’m excited to forge more impactful connections at the upcoming American Society for Reproductive Medicine - ASRM annual conference next week. Onwards, together! 🚀 #infertility #womenshealth #fertility
