As our capabilities always have data at their core, it’s critical that we have an expert leader in all things data to steward our clients and teams, and Jon is just that. Joi Patrick has been elevated to the role of Global Chief Talent Officer, succeeding Linda Sorbera, who has retired after many years of dedicated service. A talented and experienced leader, Joi has served as the Head of HR for MRM Detroit for the last 8 years. Alfonso Marian joins MRM as Chief Creative Officer for our New York Office, coming from Mediabrands Content Studio where he was Global CEO & COO. His experience in data-driven content and audience-driven creativity will translate to MRM’s focus on transforming to win across key focus areas of CRM, CX and Commerce.
