HIGH STREET HOSPITALITY GROUP AND ELLEN YIN High Street Hospitality Group (HSHG) is founded and owned by restaurateur Ellen Yin and Eli Kulp. The group operates five of the country’s most noteworthy restaurants and bars: Fork, High Street Philly, High Street Provisions and a.kitchen+bar in Philadelphia. Ellen Yin is an esteemed restaurateur who was named a two-time finalist for the James Beard Foundation’s coveted “Outstanding’s Restaurateur,” award over the past two years. Yin has a long-standing history of championing mentorship and leadership of women inside the kitchen and across the front of house. FORK Fork, the flagship of High Street Hospitality Group and iconic Old City restaurant, has stood the test of time, paving the way for sustainable, local and elevated dining for the past 25 years, evolving continuously and consequently. The concept emphasizes sustainability and local sourcing and was a true pioneer in the farm-to-table category, recognized in 2020 on Esquire’s list of “Top 100 Restaurants America Can’t Afford to Lose.” HIGH STREET PHILLY A fast-casual concept beloved for chef-driven sandwiches on long-fermented bread made from local grains and pastries with an emphasis on hand-made pastas and sourdough pizzas. High Street was named Bon Appetit Magazine’s #2 Best New Restaurant in 2014. A.KITCHEN + BAR Seasonal, French-inspired cuisine featuring an innovative natural wine list, led by Chef Eli Collins, who won Philly's Best Chef 2022 & received 3 bells from Craig Laban. One of Wine Enthusiast’s Top 100 Wine Restaurants. HIGH STREET HOAGIES a sandwich shop located at Franklin's Table on the University of Pennsylvania’s campus in West Philadelphia. THE WONTON PROJECT Founded in April of 2021 as a timely culmination of a passion project, and a way to support the AAPI community following the hateful crimes in Atlanta, Yin launched The Wonton Project with a recreated version of her mother’s original home-style Chinese wontons.
