About us

The Hong Kong Customer Contact Association (HKCCA), formerly known as Hong Kong Call Centre Association, was established in September 1999. It is a not-for-profit organization with a mission to advance the customer contact industry – over the phone, online and Brick-and-Mortar in Hong Kong, Macau and Southern China. This is achieved through working with members, the government and other associations in Asia Pacific to set standards, identify opportunities, execute, govern, and create better results.

  • The Hong Kong Customer Contact Association (HKCCA) was honored to be invited as a co-host for the "有服同享 聚勢同興 (Shared Services; Shared Prosperity)" events, held in both Hong Kong and Guangzhou in August. This exciting initiative, organized by the Guangzhou Municipal Commerce Bureau, brought together over 300 guests from Guangzhou and Hong Kong, including government officials and representatives from various business sectors. The event held on 14 Aug 2024 was a resounding success, providing valuable insights and opportunities for Hong Kong businesses looking to expand into the Greater Bay Area (GBA). The shared information was incredibly informative, offering practical guidance and valuable connections to help businesses navigate the exciting opportunities within the GBA.
