    This week, we had the incredible honor of welcoming our long-term partner, David Beckham, back to our headquarters for an exclusive LET'S TALK session! ⚽️     LET'S TALK is a HUGO BOSS event format that brings inspiring individuals to the stage to discuss diverse and relevant topics. This particular session gave our global employees a unique opportunity to engage with and ask questions to David.     Like us at HUGO BOSS, David believes in the power of trust and moving fast to drive change, unlock opportunities, and shape success.     It is absolutely incredible that already a year has passed since we opened our BOSS Bar in our headquarters! Without a doubt, it has become a favorite spot for everyone in the office, whether to have meetings or enjoy a great cup of coffee. 😊 The BOSS Bar is one of the many projects we started in the last year to enhance and elevate our HUGO BOSS workplace experience to create a place where people want to be and feel comfortable and at home. To celebrate the “birthday”, I joined the team and surprised employees by taking their orders and preparing their coffees — well, at least trying. It was an absolutely fantastic and special way to connect with them and learn why they love our BOSS Bar and coming into the office.     HUGO BOSS returns to growth in Q3 and confirms full-year outlook for 2024, despite the challenging market environment.     Driven by an eventful quarter that included the launch of our BOSS and HUGO Fall/Winter 2024 collections, our incredibly successful BOSS fashion show at Milan Fashion Week, and strengthening our customer connection with our new HUGO BOSS XP loyalty program, our latest results are a clear indication of the rigorous execution of our “CLAIM 5” strategy and the brand power of BOSS and HUGO.      Additional highlights from the third quarter: ▪️ Group sales increase 1% in a highly volatile market environment — supported by growth in the Americas (+4%) and EMEA (1%) ▪️ Operating expenses remain broadly stable, reflecting our focus on cost efficiency ▪️ EBIT stands at EUR 95 million, with an EBIT margin of 9.3%  ▪️ Free cash flow improves to EUR 40 million    Having demonstrated resilience by maintaining a sharp focus in the third quarter, we remain confident in our ability to achieve our 2024 financial targets.    Dive deeper into our Q3 results with the full press release: on.hugoboss.com/Q3/24-

    The HUGO BOSS Foundation is thrilled to announce our next long-term strategic partner, the Indian non-profit Grameena Vikas Kendram Society for Rural Development (GVK Society)!    GVK Society is making strides in combating climate change by creating regenerative, circular, and socially inclusive agricultural supply chains. Around 5,250 acres will be transformed into regenerative food and cotton landscapes — growing cotton alongside crops like coffee, pepper, and ginger — to increase carbon sequestration in the soil and protect local biodiversity.     Working together with smallholder and indigenous farming communities in the Eastern Ghats of Andhra Pradesh, South India, their impact is not just environmental, but social too!     With the support of the HUGO BOSS Foundation over the next three years, their ambitious targets are set: ◾ 31,500 tons of CO2 sequestered  ◾ 1,090 tons of synthetic fertilizers and approximately 2 tons of pesticides avoided  ◾ 1,500 farmers trained  ◾ 30% increase in annual household income for their farmers    As HUGO BOSS aims to introduce more regenerative cotton into our supply chain, we are excited to support the work of GVK Society and their farmers.     This week, we hosted our amazing BOSS Brand Ambassador, Aleksander Aamodt Kilde, a double Olympic medalist and two-time Hahnenkamm Races champion, in our headquarters! ⛷️ Aleks joined us for a LET’S TALK — a HUGO BOSS event format that brings inspiring people to the stage to discuss diverse and relevant topics. During his session, Aleks shared powerful lessons from on and off the slopes, gained through the highs and lows of his sporting journey. Amelie Stiefvatter joined Aleks on stage and moderated an inspiring discussion that highlighted the importance of mental strength and maintaining a winning mindset to shape success, reach goals, and overcome challenges. Aleks opened up about the rollercoaster of emotions he has experienced in the aftermath of his serious fall in January of this year and how he has navigated them to stay positive and with a smile despite the rough time. Our LET’S TALK session ended with a live Q&A and a special after-work event.
