HCA embraced the spirit of giving this holiday season through company-sponsored philanthropy events!   Team members across our three offices assembled personal hygiene kits, built bicycles, and created personalized cards for children in the foster care system.   These efforts supported Hope Cottage, Inc, Foster Village, Foster Love, OneOC, Atlanta Angels Nonprofit, and Bloom Closet, who distributed the items to children in foster care to bring joy during the holidays.   We are proud to come together to make a difference in our local communities. #BetterTogether #Philanthropy #Volunteer #CorporateSocialResponsibility #CSR

This month's spotlight shines bright on Keyeana Jones! We're celebrating her remarkable story, her passion, and her invaluable contributions to the HCA team. Keyeana is a true embodiment of a growth mindset, always looking for ways to improve her skills, and inspiring others to do the same. She began her HCA journey as an early-stage collector and has since advanced to a leadership role.   The highlight of Keyeana’s time at HCA has been the people and the impact. Collaboration, connection, and involvement are core parts of the HCA culture, creating an environment where team members feel supported and inspired to grow. Keyeana’s ultimate goal has always been to leave a mark of kindness, care, and value in the lives of those around her.   Keyeana approaches challenges head-on with a positive attitude and a can-do approach. She embraces challenges as great opportunities to develop, which has better prepared her for the future. Her hobbies include reading books, visiting museums, enjoying live music and performances, and spending quality time with her children through laughter, creativity, and shared adventures.    Keyeana’s advice: “Be honest with yourself and realistic in your approach to success. Manage your perception by being mindful of how you present yourself and build genuine, meaningful relationships. Embrace vulnerability and trust the process.”   Keyeana is a Recovery Manager in Loss Mitigation where she leads and supports her team through complex challenges to mitigate losses for the organization.
