✨ This Weekend we Celebrated Black Excellence in the Boardroom ✨ Him For Her was honored to partner with Black Women On Boards for an empowering event featuring founders Merline Saintil and Robin Washington, and hosted by the esteemed Barry Lawson Williams. Together, we welcomed 50 black, board-qualified women, connecting them with CEOs and investors to catalyze impactful change and representation in corporate boardrooms. A huge thanks to everyone who contributed to this incredible experience! The energy, insights, and connections shared reaffirm the power of diverse voices in shaping today’s boards. We’re also thrilled to announce the release of Barry Lawson Williams' "100 Black Voices"—a powerful collection of video interviews with some of the most influential Black directors in America. This series offers invaluable perspectives on board diversity, selection strategies, and personal effectiveness for the next generation of board leaders.
