Julianna is an undergraduate student at UNC-Chapel Hill double majoring in Linguistics and Human Development with a minor in Speech and Hearing Sciences. After graduation, she plans to pursue a degree in clinical audiology with a focus on pediatrics. The reason she joined SS4Kids is because it combines her interests of working with kids, assistive technology, and speech and hearing related work. https://lnkd.in/gGjGhGM7

In November 2022, we presented an educational webinar at the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA) National Convention. The main focus of our presentation was to showcase our research that was funded by the United States Department of Education and the real life applications of our Sing and Speak 4 Kids program. We are grateful to have been recognized by this national association for our evidence-based program that supports early childhood speech development as a supplement tool for SLPs and other professionals. Our well-attended webinar course continues to be available to ASHA members for the next 5 years for professional development and Continuing Education credits.
