This is so true! Being respectful to your team will motivate them to stay and grow. The other side of that coin is that being disrespectful will make the environment turn toxic and the team will leave. It is important that you treat every member of the team with respect (from the intern/entry level personnel to the senior management team) because regardless of title or experience, you are all human beings and deserve to be treated with basic decency and common curtousy. Also, your team are watching how you treat others. If they notice that you start treating one or more people negativity, they may decide to leave before they receive similar treatment. #Respect #Leadership
