Yesterday at Kevel we announced our acquisition of Nexta.io , to add off-site and advanced self-serve capabilities to our platform. 2 years ago we acquired Velocidi, which added AI driven user segmentation and forecasting to our platform. Weekly I am sent prospective acquisitions from bankers, monthly I’m sent them from investors or other folks. Every so often one of them comes along that is interesting and we decided to dig in. Over the last 5 years of seriously looking at companies only Velocidi and Nexta have passed the test, I’m going to share some of the reasons why.
