“My name is Cary, and I am on the Lawmatics Customer Success team. I am originally from North Carolina/West Virginia and moved to San Diego for College. I graduated from California State University San Marcos in May of 2020 with a bachelors in Communication. I found Lawmatics through a LinkedIn Job post and knew I would enjoy working here because of the culture and it has done nothing but exceeded my expectations.
There are so many great things about Lawmatics. #1 being the people we have on our team.
I can confidently say the culture at Lawmatics is beyond energetic and accepting. Yes, we definitely work hard, want our company to thrive, and see our customers happy and satisfied with the platform, but that is barely scratching the surface. We enjoy the time we spend in the office 3 out of 5 days a week with each other and make connecting with everyone a priority. Our CEO and CTO both make it a priority to truly get to know everyone that comes to join our team. Our managers create an environment where asking questions and learning the platform is engaging and informational with a lot of hands on training. When it comes to each different team inside of Lawmatics, you can’t feel a disconnect within the teams, because we are all connecting throughout the day and getting to know each other.
Our team is growing rapidly and it has been awesome to see individuals grow within the company. Since the time I joined Lawmatics, in January of 2022, our team has doubled in size. In addition, our team has had members go from AE to Product Mangers, SDR roles to AE roles, Customer Success Manager to Software Educational Director, Implantation Manager to Customer Success team director, and customer success/implementation reps to Team Leads. All of these move were in house and made the most since for the team to accomplish our goals. We celebrate the Wins together and make it through the struggles together. There isn’t a day you will come to our workplace and not laugh, smile, or celebrate something.
In addition, we are creating a culture that is inviting for anyone. It is great to be a part of a team that is consistently enjoying different events inside of work and outside of work. I mean how many companies do egg hunts or have doughnut parties on Fat Tuesday? For me it is a first.
Being a part of this is rewarding in every way and I love what I do. The reason I love working here is because I get to see the difference I make first hand. Whenever a Lawmatics user needs help with a new feature or assistance walking through an automation, I get to deliver the best customer experience I can. I am excited to see what all Lawmatics does and how we can continue to impact the Law space in such a life changing way.”
