2024 was a dynamic year. Every year feels dynamic, but this one was special in ways that are difficult to explain. 🤓 I grew emotionally and spiritually. 🧘🏾♀️ I worked very hard at skill sets. I was able to pivot on several dimes and all at once. I rose to serveral occasions that required so much more growth and maturity from me. I should be 6 ft tall with the amount of growth that took place this year! 🤪 🦸🏾♀️ My superpower theme this year was my ability to empathize with others in magical ways that they won't even understand until much later in life.✨️💫 But more importantly, I learned to give myself so much empathy and grace in real time. I wasn't hard on myself this year even though this year is one of the hardest years that I've ever been through. 🤗 I choose happy no matter the circumstance. 😃 Our family went through so many silent battles, but I kept it pushing and kept a smile on my face every step of the way. ☺️ To God be the glory for the seeds that were planned in 2024 that will grow into beautiful, bountiful blessings in 2025! 🙌🏾 Cheers! 🥂 __ My 2024 Accomplishments - Won $17,000 in grants for Amour Propre - Bought my husband a new car - Started 2 new companies: Tahera Consultancy & Calou Kitchen - Met Jennifer Hudson - Went to Disneyland 3 times and Disney World with my family - Modeled for Good American - Shot 2 commercials in Hollywood - I lost 45lbs and went to the gym religiously - Volunteered at Precious Life Shelter every month - Published another book: Unleashing Your Potential - Took my 10 year old on a mommy & me trip to Hawaii - Went on a solo trip to Jamaica & Haiti - I rode an ATV for the first time - I saw The B-52's, TLC, Usher, Ying Yang Twins, Ludacris, Kool and the Gang, Bruno Mars, Missy Elliot, Gary Owen & Deon Cole in concert. - I was a keynote speaker/panelist at 6 events - Modeled for the Fierce Auntie's Campaign - I stayed at the Legoland Hotel - I attended the Your First Million Conference and met my business idol - Amour Propre was highlighted by Sale On Amazon for #GivingTuesday for our philanthropic efforts - Established Amour Propre Soaps in a busy craft boutique in San Juan Capistrano - Went on 5 cruises, visiting 4 countries - Hosted several makers classes online and in person - I made 1200 bars of soap, 600 bottles of yoni oil, and 500 bottles of yoni wash, several other Amour Propre products. - I was on a Hulu show called Side Hustlers with Emma Grede and Ashley Graham - I was nominated for an e-commerce partnership award by Smarterships - I donated my products and talents to the Southern California Hospice Foundation, Hoag Hospital Cancer Foundation, BBB and Precious Life Shelter - I worked hard and played harder - I love myself through difficult moments - I stayed true to myself and my character and integrity are in tact #top9 #goalgetter #goals #2024recap #grateful

Two points that stand out on Tahera Christy’s resume are corporate sales and donating to those in need. She’s also making people feel seen by filling a niche in the skincare space with natural, organic, and clean beauty products for people of color. On any other day we’d just shout out her 2002% year-to-year growth since she started selling with Amazon.
