I replied, technically, we already have because PoE 802.3bt is a standard card module for ReNetA, so a homeowner can simply plug their speakers into the nearest network wall outlet, and in the closet, plug in a matching PoE card. Done. The article even says they want to avoid wireless problems. Watch videos from our YT channel to see how LumenCache solved the adoption chasm. The early adopters will get their ReNetA systems starting in November. The PoE card will be in the first batch-- long before the Era is shipping. We strongly recommend #Builders with projects after November pre-order now as we already have $9m in named projects in the sales funnel and doing what's needed to resolve any supply volume constraints.

It's here! The LumenCache ReNetA lighting system design tool is finally completed. See the short example video below of the power of this system. It's critical for new users of LumenCache to wire their home and commercial projects correctly. Wiring or design mistakes, just like AC wiring, can be costly to correct. To avoid "Noob Errors", we updated the design tool to check for commonly omitted parts and wiring errors. This is a GREAT double check on your lighting and electrical plans and the single line drawings feature makes it SUPER easy to check your system, confirm designs with your lighting designer, and even act as a checklist for the installers. ReNetA is pre-selling now and we have a growing backlog of quotes to get through, but now that the tool is completed, we'll be catching up and can get accurate quotes turned around quickly.

The two classes by Clifton Stanley Lemon and David Wilds Patton on lighting design and lighting controls are outstanding. Just enough details to get you on the right path, and goes quickly enough to be worth the time. Definitely attend or watch this AFTER you watch some videos and learn about LumenCache. You'll have a completely different class experience knowing how all the challenges and hurdles of AC #lighting #controls are solved, and how easy it is to implement all their great lighting design ideas using ReNetA. I'll try to get at least one demo video out before circulating the ReNetA Experience Kits next month. Inside the small case will be everything you need. A single instruction sheet will tell you all you need to know. This should do: "Don't Panic! Plug it in and follow instructions on the display. LumenCache: Harmless."

I saw some YT videos yesterday about #Smarthome #Wiring and it struck me just how complex AC lighting really is compared to DC, and in particular-- LC. 2 way, 3, way, 4 way switches instead of just one switch type. Even more SKUs if you want dimmers, plus they need to be tested for compatibility with the AC drivers. And Tunable White is only available at the expensive end of the custom install spectrum, unless you do wireless.
