As we wrap up another transformative year, we're proud to share some of our major milestones and thank our community for their continued support. In 2024, we shipped a plethora of new features and made significant advancements to our platform:  - Unveiled transformative new Home Screen Customizations  - Launched Passthrough and Remote Streaming on Quest devices - Introduced Kiosk Video to lock devices down to videos  - Released capabilities to Schedule Firmware and Content Installs & Updates - Made new enhancements to view Firmware Updates, control Device File Systems, and expand our API!  - Created our USB Screencasting tool Company Milestones: 🏢 Moved into a new office in San Francisco, creating a vibrant and inspiring environment for our team. 🌟 Held our annual business retreat, engineering retreat, and company-wide retreat, strengthening our team cohesion and aligning our goals for the future. Customer Success: 🌟 Achieved a remarkable 99.6% CSAT score, reflecting our commitment to providing top-tier customer support and service. Engagement & Outreach: 🌐 Participated in major industry events, including Vmed, XR Expo, AWE US, ISTE, Georgia Ed Tech, AES, AWE EU, CES, and DevLearn, connecting with peers and showcasing our latest innovations. If you’ve ever contacted ManageXR support, you’ve probably heard from Ciru! 💻 Outside of work, Ciru is passionate about dance, taking classes in various styles. They enjoy perfecting their skills and continually challenging themselves to learn new tricks. Additionally, Ciru is multilingual, speaking three languages fluently! 💃

Recently, some of the ManageXR team volunteered at St. Anthony's Dining Room, where we helped serve 1,311 meals. Located in the Tenderloin district, St. Anthony Foundation has been a cornerstone of community support since 1950, providing over 1,000 meals daily, 365 days a year. In addition to meal services, St. Anthony's offers a range of essential programs, including health care, clothing, community safety services, and more, benefiting thousands of local San Franciscans.
