Numerous factors influence the health and recovery of the tiniest patients in Le Bonheur's Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). While doctors provide expert medical care, many dedicated individuals contribute additional support for these patients and their families, addressing various needs such as developmental care, parent engagement, and mental health.
