🌱 The Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library is pursuing the full Living Building Challenge 4.0 certification. This initiative emphasizes biodiversity, occupant health, and a positive environmental impact. Our team collaborated with Snøhetta, JLG Architects, and the entire design team to create efficient mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems and renewable energy to produce 110% of the building's energy use and be net zero water annually in the remote, arid, and harsh badlands climate. The library will honor Roosevelt's legacy by immersing visitors in the breathtaking landscape of the Badlands. 🌾 The library is slated to open in the Summer of 2026. 📚💚 #TRPL #Sustainability #TheodoreRoosevelt #LivingBuildingChallenge #ArchitectureForChange #Conservation Read more about sustainability features of the library design in the impact article by Trim tab: https://lnkd.in/gXtTxkMH

We were honored to be part of this project with BCDM Architects!
Prince of Peace Catholic Church - Plano, TX Through a Master Plan led by BCDM Architects, Prince of Peace ministries came together to create a shared path forward, aligning with the Parish’s spiritual and communal goals. The renovation included updates to the church, such as a traditional center aisle, new pews, and a redesigned narthex for a seamless and reverent worship experience. The addition introduced a 200-seat chapel, serving as a dedicated space for daily worship and reflection, enriching the spiritual life of the Parish and welcoming both parishioners and visitors.
