With great enthusiasm and genuine pleasure, we welcomed our Portuguese partners from the MULTI-STR3AM project (H2020 BBI JU) to ALGATECH Centre - Inst. Microbiol. Czech Acad. Sci. . Together, we spent inspiring moments during the project meeting, which also included our Dutch colleagues joining us online. We discussed not only the current activities of the project but also the potential directions for future research on #microalgae – from connecting the scientific interests of public research institutions to the commercial applications of results in industrial settings. We look forward to the next steps and new opportunities to turn science into innovation!

✳️ The latest 2 day meeting of the MULTI-STR3AM project, in Třeboň, Czech Republic, was a great success! ◾ In the first day, in the morning, the MULTI-STR3AM partners discussed the latest results since the last meeting. ◾ The afternoon was highlighted by the ALGATECH Centre - Inst. Microbiol. Czech Acad. Sci. workshop about Algal Research Trends. There were 6 presentations on ongoing research, regarding microalgae production and its applications. ◾ Finally, in the second day, everyone had the opportunity to visit ALGATECH's impressive facilities and share innovative ideas. With its final days approaching, we thank everyone that has been involved in this amazing project. It has been a pleasure working with this incredible team. 🌱 Celebrating Success at the "Best Practices on the Production and Sustainability of Microalgae in Europe" Workshop! 🌱   We are thrilled to share that the workshop co-organized by CIRCALGAE and MULTI-STR3AM projects was a great success! 🎉 This event brought together experts and innovators in microalgae production, sparkling new insights and collaborations for sustainable algae-based solutions.   The workshop featured two engaging sessions:   🔹 Session 1: Three insightful presentations were delivered by Luís Costa from A4F-Algae for Future, Marco Kreische from IGV GmbH, and João Artur Câmara Manoel from ALGATECH Centre - Inst. Microbiol. Czech Acad. Sci.   ✅ MULTI-STR3AM microalgae biorefinery project overcomes food, feed, and fragrance demanding industry tests! 🎉 🏆 After a 4-year period, we’re proud of our achievements.
