What a fantastic way to wrap up my first in-person days with NC3 - National Coalition of Certification Centers! I’m so grateful to be part of this incredible team, surrounded by passionate individuals who are dedicated to making a real difference in workforce development. It has been a wonderful week of training. Trent is a great Washtenaw County Career and Technical Education colleague and travel partner. Thanks to Festo USA and NC3 - National Coalition of Certification Centers for another stellar training and making these two HS educators feel appreciated as professionals. A special thank you to SME Education Foundation for making this all possible. Our students are going to be prepared for rewarding careers in advanced manufacturing!

My AM and PM classes are getting certified! Last week was NC3 - National Coalition of Certification Centers The L.S. Starrett Company Dial #caliper training and testing and this week was Angle Measurements! All that were present passed! A couple need to makeup due to schools being closed. They are earning #industry recognized #credentials and gaining a lot of knowledge. Next week starts pretesting for the Dassault Systèmes SOLIDWORKS #CSWA. Followed by continuing with the TITANS of CNC MACHINING mill certifications. This has been a great group and I am excited to see where they go! The Machinists Institute's Industrial Maintenance Technician (IMT) #apprentices have begun their #welding training with Rusty Oliver, focusing on #weldingsafety and foundational #weldingprinciples. This training is a critical step as they work toward earning their Lincoln Electric NC3 - National Coalition of Certification Centers Welding Certification, preparing them for success in this demanding and rewarding field.
