With just a week until Thanksgiving, has gratitude been on your mind? It has for me. In particular, I’m thankful for the amazing organization I’m a part of. The people at New Home Star make it an amazing place to work. We continue to grow and innovate, yet we never lose sight of the human element, the value that each individual brings to the company. Sure, we work hard, and have uh-oh moments. But, we also solve problems together and support one another through challenges. Our leaders deliver multiple resources for ongoing professional development. We celebrate our accomplishments and have fun building a one-of-a-kind culture. The result is an organization where people want to perform at their best for themselves, for the company and for our clients. And I am grateful to be here. This October, New Home Star made strides for a cause close to our hearts. During our fifth annual National GEM Run, we collectively logged nearly 3,100 miles as employees, friends, family, and builder partners came together to promote wellness and support Breast Cancer Awareness Month.🎗️ With every mile, we donated $3 to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation, reaching a record-breaking $10,000!
