Earlier this week, Team AET had the opportunity to celebrate the retirement of our Chief Growth Officer and President, Dave Rettner, with a party at Midland Hills Country Club. Over 100 people - friends, family, clients, and colleagues - joined us for food and festivities to honor Dave’s 20-year career at AET. It was an excellent way to toast his journey which has been marked by a relentless focus on technical excellence and a dedication to expanding AET’s reach and capabilities. Thank you to all who were able to celebrate with us! Dave’s contributions to AET have been immense, and he will be greatly missed. Thankfully, he has helped mentor an excellent team of people at AET who will carry on his expertise moving forward. Congratulations, Dave, and best of luck with all your future endeavors. #AETRocks #Retirement

Members of our St. Paul Pavement and Geotechnical Engineering and our Construction Services teams toured a couple of Minnesota's paving and materials plants to better understand bituminous plant production late last month. We extend our thanks to MP&M for hosting us and all our team members who attended the event. We look forward to our employee-owners using this knowledge and contributing it to our mission of working together to build a more certain world. #Engineering #TeamAET

In honor of Veterans Day, #TeamAET heard from one of our own veterans, Eric Sirkin, MBA, during a companywide lunch and learn. Eric is a retired Navy Chief Petty Officer, who spoke to us about the importance of holidays that celebrate our military service personnel and how we can appropriately and respectively celebrate them. During his talk, Eric also shared some ideas on how we can all celebrate our military service personnel on Veterans Day. His suggestions included attending a parade or ceremony, visiting a veteran's hospital or nursing facility, donating to a veteran's charity, flying the American flag, and simply thanking a veteran for their service. In honor of Eric and all who have served and are currently serving, we hope you take the opportunity to celebrate today. #HappyVeteransDay from Team AET! #VeteransDay #ThankYouVeterans
