Today, AET attended the 2025 Society of Women Engineers Virtual Career Fair at The Ohio State University. Colette Nelson and Eric Sirkin, MBA, hosted several informational and one-on-one sessions, presenting our exciting summer internship opportunities and full-time field engineer position to interested attendees. Earlier this week, Team AET had the opportunity to celebrate the retirement of our Chief Growth Officer and President, Dave Rettner, with a party at Midland Hills Country Club. Over 100 people - friends, family, clients, and colleagues - joined us for food and festivities to honor Dave’s 20-year career at AET. It was an excellent way to toast his journey which has been marked by a relentless focus on technical excellence and a dedication to expanding AET’s reach and capabilities. Thank you to all who were able to celebrate with us! Dave’s contributions to AET have been immense, and he will be greatly missed. Thankfully, he has helped mentor an excellent team of people at AET who will carry on his expertise moving forward.
