Specializing in hand-crafted, innovative beers and one-off creations, On Rotation Brewery & Kitchen offers a full menu of gluten-friendly fried chicken and scratch kitchen sides, three patios, 40 ever-rotating taps of craft beer, cider, and seltzer, about half of which are produced in-house, and a select wine list. With one of the most eclectic tap lists in Dallas, On Rotation prides itself on offering a broad selection whether you prefer your beverage of choice brewed from grain or grape.

Best chili beer in Texas...SECOND BEST CHILI BEER IN THE COUNTRY?!? 🤩🤯🥹😍 Our Jalapeño Saison was awarded a silver medal at the Great American Beer Festival.
