El viernes pasado participé como oradora en la escuela de gobierno abierto de la Fundación Tribu de Chile, quien con el apoyo de Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung- organizaron un panel sobre #participación con perspectiva de #género. Como siempre me pasa en estos eventos, aprendí muchísimo de las mujeres con quienes compartí el Nicole Cardoch, subsecretaria General de Gobierno, Ana Martínez Chamorro, Seremi de la Mujer y la Equidad de Género de la Región Metropolitana quienes contaron cómo los procesos participativos en Chile toman en cuenta la #diversidad de #mujeres, las restricciones en materias de cuidados y horarios para participar y también cómo abordan los problemas de #violencia que implican la participación digital. Mi exposición abordó además de esos problemas el tema del tiempo como un factor crucial para lograr participaciones #transformadoras. Usé los #datos que la investigación de mi querida colega Shidhjmatnj Pardo Bohorquez quien levantó información primaria de experiencias participativas de #mujeres en la construcción de paz en Colombia. Gracias Rudi Werner Borrmann por haber sugerido a Open Heroines para participar. Nos encanta colaborar en estos espacios desde una mirada #feminista.
