At Pace Able Foundation, we are honoured to support visionary leaders like Ruramiso Mashumba, CEO of Mnandi Africa, who are transforming rural communities in Zimbabwe. What started as a personal mission to uplift women farmers has evolved into a sustainable agricultural movement, empowering over 1,000 farmers. From providing essential irrigation to installing a 75kW solar farm, Mnandi Africa is tackling poverty, food insecurity, and gender inequality—one harvest at a time. Key lessons: 1. Women’s access to education is vital for development. 2. Create with the beneficiary in mind. 3. Solving one problem often solves several.
