Pangaea creates and grows digitally native brands on a global scale. Our first two brands are Lumin and Meridian, both in the personal care space. Our goal is to create iconic, disruptive, and culture impacting brands that attract communities of brand lovers across borders. Since our launch in 2018, we’ve sold our products in 50 different countries. We have grown to over 50 employees and contractors across several locations in the world. We secured Series B funding in 2021 from Eurazeo Brands.

Our leadership team came together for an insightful and productive in-person meeting recently! We had an amazing week reflecting on this year's successes and key learnings, while planning for an even bigger year ahead. 🚀 We also enjoyed some team bonding with a pottery class and invited all of our LA-based employees to our creative studio for a fun dinner and immersive VR experience. Great conversations, creativity, and connection – we are so excited for what’s to come and to be able to do it with an amazing team! 🙌
Our US Engineering and Data teams recently gathered in NYC to reflect on our accomplishments in 2024 and solidify our plans moving forward. One of the highlights of our meeting was the finalization for new product launches, one of which is coming THIS Friday… 👀😎 ‼ We also delved into the immense opportunities that AI presents for both our customers and our business. The Finance and HR team just returned from an off-site in beautiful Ballston Spa, NY! 🍂 We dove deep into the state of the business and analyzed key performance metrics. It was a fantastic opportunity to meet in person and share insights across teams. The highlight, of course, was the time spent hiking in nature among the stunning fall leaves. 🍁 There's nothing like some fresh air and camaraderie to recharge our spirits! Feeling inspired and ready to tackle our next challenges together. ❤️
Last week, we had an incredible in-person meeting for our Marketing department where some of our team members met in person for the very first time! 🥳 We brainstormed, strategized and had plenty of unforgettable team bonding moments. Some members of our Marketing team came together and spent the afternoon volunteering at Project Angel Food, helping to cook, prepare and serve hundreds of meals to those in need in our community. It was a humbling experience to see the impact we can make when we work together beyond our virtual office walls! Volunteering together not only strengthens our team bond but also reinforces our commitment to making a positive impact in the world around us.
