The Pikes Peak region has a rich and diverse history that reflects the experiences of its residents. You're invited to explore our region's history with your own history project. Proposal submissions are open now for the 2025 Pikes Peak Regional History Symposium! The theme is "Histories Beyond the Written Word." One way PPLD supports literacy and learning in our community is with our annual Homeschool Book Blast. Homeschool students present book reports on a book of their choosing to other families in a science fair-style format.
