We strive to work with the following values: safety, kindness, and professionalism. We were once told that leading with kindness as a value shows weakness. Shows clients that we are not a serious contractor. We disagree. On every job, we will be safe. We'll make sure our team and yours can return home to loved ones safely. We'll be kind. We'll treat each other, you, and your clients with respect. And we'll be professional. We'll aim to have high quality, and we'll quickly fix mistakes when they're made. Safety and professionalism seem to be understood as a given. For our team, kindness is too. #solarenergy #renewableenergy #solar

Cold but happy crew in Savannah, Georgia. Thankful for a great project with Lattice Energy Solutions and our friend Greg Abbgy. We're led on site by Jordan Landay, and we're building the PanelClaw North America - An Enstall Company ballasted system. This system will provide renewable energy to a high school. #georgiasolar #solar #solarpower #renewableenergy

Friends, Happy new year! It is a fantastic feeling to write to so many partners, colleagues, clients, and the like, who are also friends. Some of you may have received or seen our "Pine Energy Loves You!" stickers. We mean it when we say it. We're thankful for all of our relationships and work, and we're thankful for a good 2024. In all honesty, 2023 was a learning year. There were several self-inflicted wounds and learning experiences that came from those wounds. This year, the goal wasn't necessarily to grow. The goal was to have a "smooth" year, and with focus on our values and our work, we were able to accomplish this goal while still growing in several areas. In 2024, we finished 28.9MW of solar projects installing 56,433 solar modules. With work carrying over into 2025 and with some operations and maintenance work, we were on over 40MW of projects. For completed work, we built 11.2MW on the roof, and we built 17.7MW on the ground. We worked on 45 projects in 15 states for 26 clients. If you read this note periodically in 2024, you know the systems we built and the states we covered. No need to repeat here. Hopefully, you also saw the photos of our work and of our team. We're a growing, strong team. We're thankful for the work we have, and we're thankful for our friends that provide that work and support us in that work. In 2025, we already have over 20MW of work in backlog, which only covers the first half of the year. So we're going to have a great year, and we're looking forward to building with old friends and new friends. If we can build with you, please holler. We vow to work with three values: safety, kindness, and professionalism. And we look forward to working with you and proving it. Cheers to a happy, healthy, and productive 2025. Thank you, Jason #solarpower #renewableenergy #solar

Thankful to have been a part of this project! Renewvia Energy is one of our oldest friends in the industry. Wouldn’t be here without y’all. Thank you for each opportunity! #mississippisolar #solar #renewableenergy #solarpower
We are thrilled to announce the successful commissioning of our first solar project in Mississippi! A huge thank you to The FSB Companies, LLC for the opportunity to collaborate over the past year. With the installation of 520 megawatt-hours of solar capacity, Delta Grain Company now have the ability to operate almost entirely on the solar energy produced from the system. We are excited to expand into this market and deliver renewable energy solutions to Mississippi and beyond! A special shout-out to our amazing partners who made this possible @TheFSBCompanies, Jeremiah Seal at Delta Electric Power Association, Brady Sims at Sims Industrial Solutions, Jason Sosnovsky at Pine Energy, and David Blackledge at Cooperative Energy! #mspeanut #cityofwatervalley #renewableenergy #USDA

Friends, November was a month for personal and professional thanks. On the professional side, we were super busy building, and while the field was humming, the office began planning for 2025 as well. It's exciting to know that 2024 will end with a full slate, and 2025 will begin similarly. In November, we were on the ground in Rogers, Arkansas; Stuttgart, Arkansas; Atchison, Kansas; and Bassett, Virginia. In Rogers and Atchison, we completed our work on an OMCO Solar fixed-tilt and a Terrasmart GLIDE, respectively. The project in Rogers was especially fun because we completed over 2MW in three weeks in order to help our client avoid module tariffs. In Stuttgart and Bassett, our work on the Nextracker Inc. Horizon and the Terrasmart TerraTrak 2P continued. The weather was fair in November, which was nice for both of those projects. Between those two, we are building 20MW in solar ground mounts safely, kindly, and professionally, and we are meeting the Inflation Reduction Act compliance with our internal apprenticeship program. On the roof, we were in Toccoa, Georgia; Lincolnton, North Carolina; Monterey, Tennessee; Ashburn, Virginia; and Norfolk, Virginia. We built on a cabinetry shop, an elementary school, and three manufacturing facilities. We're building IronRidge - An Enstall Company and TerraGen Solar rails on metal roofs and UNIRAC RM and PanelClaw North America - An Enstall Company on TPO roofs. This month, we continue to be spread throughout the Southeast. We're in Arkansas, Georgia, Missouri, North Carolina, and Virginia. We're finishing 2024 strong. We hope you are too. And as you look to 2025, please look to us as well. Have a wonderful December. Work safely, kindly, and professionally. Thank you, Jason #solar #renewableenergy
