INCREDIBLE WEEKS WITH OUR CUSTOMERS AND PARTNERS Last two weeks, Plant Health Care México Team together with our Global Team and the Team from Plant Health Care Europe were fully dedicated to important PREtec launches in Mexico: PREdefender and ShaNema. According to the Mexican Government, the country stands out as an important producer and exporter of food in the world and has a privileged sanitary status, which allows it to export food to more than 190 countries around the world. Mexico is one of the world's largest producers of avocados, chili peppers, lemons, oranges, mangos, papayas, strawberries, grapefruits, squash and asparagus. It is also one of the world's top 10 producers of sugar cane, corn, sorghum, beans, tomatoes, coconuts, pineapples, melons and blueberries. Mexico is one of the main producers of organic food in the world and our peptides will contribute to an even better and healthier production, from now on. The first sales of #PeptidesbyPHC in Mexico (PREdefender for PHC279 and ShaNema for PHC68949) already happened. The first operation was carried out by our local partner Distribuidor Nutrición Biorracional for cucurbit and solanaceous crops in the states of Sinaloa and Sonora. PRETEC LAUNCH IN MEXICO Plant Health Care México has launched PREdefender® in Ciudad Obregón, Sonora, Mexico. The event was attended by a large number of agricultural technicians, production managers and owners of important projects in the area such as Agropecuária Gabo, Productora Hortícola Alboro Export, Agroindustrias Unidas de Sonora (AUS), Hortícola Luipack, Grupo Ojo Zarco, Agrícola Duke Fresh, among others; and with the presence of important advisors such as Juan Carlos Estévez, José Vicente Pech, Ramiro Beltrán, Francisco Castro and others. During the event, the audience's interest in the presentations by Zhongmin wei (discoverer of Harpin technology) and the director of Plant Health Care Europe, Ángel Marín was visible. They explained the objective of using PREdefender® and the benefits that have been obtained by demonstrating greater resistance/tolerance to fungal problems in crops treated with this new peptide derived from the Harpin protein. EXPANDED NEW CALIFORNIA LABEL FOR EMPLOY® Plant Health Care, Inc. is pleased to announce the approval of an expanded product label which lists a range of new crops approved for foliar applications of Employ® within high value markets in California with Wilbur-Ellis, one of the largest U.S. retailers of agricultural products. The expanded Employ product label allows its use on a wide variety of crops and crop groups including citrus, berries and small fruits, pome and stone fruit trees, brassica and other vegetables including root and tuber vegetables, as well as field crops including cereals, corn, and oilseeds.
