This is an often-neglected piece of functionality in our industry, but we decided to do something about it: in addition to reading, Polytomic now also supports writing to MongoDB! You can now write to MongoDB from your other databases, data warehouses, SaaS applications like Salesforce, spreadsheets, cloud storage buckets, or even arbitrary HTTP APIs. This functionality is also available in Polytomic Connect, our embed sync and ETL API. For those running MongoDB who need to pull from/push to their customers' systems, we can sort you out no problem.

Today we're releasing Polytomic Enrich, a universal interface for enriching your data from third party providers like ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, Harmonic, and others. People data, organization data, IP addreses, email fraud scores...all data and forms of enrichment are eligible. Every Polytomic model now has an enrichment option accessible in a few clicks. And since Polytomic models are generic and can come from anywhere, this also means you can enrich data that sits anywhere, whether in your data warehouses, databases, CRMs and SaaS apps, spreadsheets, and even arbitrary HTTP APIs. Today we're announcing our second product: Polytomic Connect. Connect is an API you can use in your own products to either pull your customers’ data into your own systems, or push data from your own systems to your customers’, or both. First-class support for data warehouses included. You can set up automatic data syncs in any direction between data warehouses, databases (including CDC streaming), cloud applications (e.g. Salesforce, Zendesk, etc), spreadsheets, cloud storage (S3 etc), and arbitrary APIs and webhooks. We take care of authentication, automatically pushing updates, type conversions, rate limits, scaling to handle large volumes, monitoring, and alerting. Especially with the advent of AI, pulling and pushing customer data is essential functionality in so many products. Polytomic Connect provides a single robust API that scales no matter where you fall in our customer spectrum: from two-person startups to large-scale Fortune 500 companies.
