For the last two years, we have been quietly building Professional Capital Management — a new investment firm. The new firm takes a very different approach to compounding capital. First, the world is becoming more uncertain and less serious. Society is going to need professionals to step up and solve important problems. A professional is obsessed with being the best. They seek new information and constantly want to improve. A professional takes responsibility for their successes and their failures. A professional does not complain. Professionals know what it takes to succeed and they hold those around them to a higher standard. A professional never gives up. The only option for a professional is to win. The idea of a "professional" is so important to us that we chose to make it the first word in the name of the firm. Second, we recognize that an investment firm built to thrive in the future will have to be flexible enough to invest capital AND build companies from scratch. Over the last two years, Professional Capital Management has cofounded and operated nine profitable companies across various industries. By building and scaling these companies, we are able to solve real problems and compound capital at an attractive rate. We waited two years to talk about our work because we wanted to make sure we produced results before we ever mentioned it publicly. We are actively building new companies that will be announced in the coming weeks, along with deploying capital in the public and private markets. Personally, Anthony Pompliano will continue to invest out of his family office (Pomp Investments) and be a large LP in Professional Capital Management's funds. We were pleased to host clients and investors at Cantor’s Crypto, Digital Assets & Al Infrastructure Conference this week in Miami, Florida. This day-long event featured various panels and fireside chats exploring topics such as the predicted institutional adoption of Bitcoin, potential regulatory impacts, and developments in high-performance computing and Al. This week our Founder & CEO Anthony Pompliano spoke at Stellar Development Foundation's Meridien 2024 Conference on a panel regarding "Money as a Free Market Product" with Nicole Goodkind. Anthony raised the question of how Optimus Bots will pay each other and predicted that there will be a large uptick in usage of stablecoins as a result of these technologies coming into production. He stated that Bitcoin will be for saving economic value and stablecoins will be for spending.

Investors are becoming increasingly bullish on the stock market. This data can mean two things: 1) Investors continue to invest in public equities because we are in a bull market. Studies show that buying all-time high stock prices usually leads to outperformance over the next 1-3 years since things in motion tend to stay in motion. 2) On the other hand, investors get nervous any time that market consensus seems overly positive. That is a fair concern, but the Federal Reserve is ready to cut interest rates and push cheap capital into the market to stimulate the economy. One can negate the need to time the market by having a long-term perspective.
