A huge THANK YOU to Blichmann Engineering for donating brewing equipment to our pilot plant! This equipment will allow our students to gain hands-on experience with the brewing process, spanning research labs to commercial brewing environments. We appreciate their support of our Purdue Fermentation Science students!

Our Fermentation Club was hard at work last Friday collaborating with the Purdue's Black Tie Social Club. Both groups sacrificed their Friday to make 50lbs of sauerkraut and kimchi for our upcoming Fermentation Frenzy which will be held on January 31st, 2025 at Purdue University.

As a Purdue Food Science major, Allie combined her creativity with a passion for science and health. She cherished friendships, supportive faculty, and traditions like sledding down Slayter Hill.
