Last Friday we had an incredible day participating in a Gymkhana through the streets of Madrid as part of our #teambuilding activities. This experience has not only allowed us to have fun and get to know our city better, but it has also been key to strengthening the bonds between teammates. 💪🤝 At #RecurrentEnergy, we firmly believe that investing in this type of experience is crucial to creating a stronger and more productive work environment, where each person feels valued and committed to our common success. Through activities like this, we learn to solve problems together, develop leadership skills, and—most importantly—embrace our core behaviours of collaboration and #teamwork. These values enable us to work as a more cohesive unit, supporting each other and achieving shared goals. Thanks to all of you who made this day unforgettable! 🙌
