At Remple Disposal Ltd. we’ve always taken pride in the strong, long-standing teams that drive our operations. As we prepare to launch new services under contract with Recycle BC, we saw an opportunity to do something additional within our team on-boarding process: set a further foundation for success by equipping this new team with tools for effective communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution, from day one. We partnered with Curiositas Consulting, led by both Magda Laljee, M.A. Founder, and Navi Sidhu, MBA Managing Partner. Curiositas Consulting provided workshops focused on conflict resolution, social styles, and creating a team charter, providing transformative insights that equipped our team with tools to communicate effectively, understand each other’s styles, and collaborate with purpose. This training reflects our approach to building a positive culture for new initiatives—empowering new teams with skills from the ground up, while also appreciating the unique dynamics of our established teams.
