📣We are excited to announce the launch of Rocky Mountain Communities' new initiative "Building the Future of Development" - to attract and support talented students 👩🎓 to be future affordable housing developers. 📰 📣 We are honored (and very excited!) to announce that Rocky Mountain Communities has been awarded a $750,000 grant by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's Green and Resilient Retrofit Program (GRRP) for the Renewable Energy Access project at Gateway Village Apartments in Fort Morgan, CO! This transformative project will install solar energy and provide energy efficiency upgrades to all 96 units, benefiting 344 residents by reducing energy costs, improving housing security, and creating a healthier environment.
