This would be a fun competition!
🔥 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲! 🔥 We came across an interesting article from ArcNC discussing various robotic programming methods. In their words: "𝘞𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘦 𝘥𝘪𝘴𝘤𝘶𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘥𝘪𝘧𝘧𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘨𝘳𝘢𝘮𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘮𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘥𝘴, 𝘪𝘵'𝘴 𝘢𝘭𝘴𝘰 𝘪𝘮𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘴𝘤𝘢𝘯𝘯𝘦𝘳-𝘣𝘢𝘴𝘦𝘥 𝘴𝘰𝘭𝘶𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴 𝘰𝘧𝘧𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘥 𝘣𝘺 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘱𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘦𝘴 𝘭𝘪𝘬𝘦 𝘈𝘣𝘢𝘨𝘺... 𝘛𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘧𝘳𝘦𝘲𝘶𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘭𝘺 𝘳𝘦𝘲𝘶𝘪𝘳𝘦 𝘳𝘦𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘨𝘳𝘢𝘮𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘳𝘰𝘥𝘶𝘤𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘯𝘦𝘸 𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘵 𝘧𝘢𝘮𝘪𝘭𝘪𝘦𝘴, 𝘸𝘩𝘪𝘤𝘩 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘥𝘪𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘪𝘴𝘩 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘪𝘳 𝘦𝘧𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘺 𝘪𝘯 𝘥𝘺𝘯𝘢𝘮𝘪𝘤 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘥𝘶𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘦𝘯𝘷𝘪𝘳𝘰𝘯𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴." We challenge you Eli Reekmans to a 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝘂𝗲𝗹 to prove otherwise! 🏆: • 𝗢𝗯𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲: We’ll both program and weld a mix of new, unseen part families—let’s say you bring 5 parts, and we bring 5 parts. Let’s see who can finish faster, with higher efficiency, and less manual intervention. • 𝗧𝗲𝗿𝗺𝘀: Public demonstration (live or full-length recorded video from start to finish, showing everything—from uploading the 3D model to the final weld). Let’s make it educational and fun for the entire community! • 𝗥𝗼𝗯𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝘀: We’ll provide a fully-equipped welding robotic cell in our Chicago lab, including all required consumables like gas and wire for your offline programming. Alternatively, we can use another cell equipped with the required scanners and options for Abagy’s fully automated performance. • 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝘇𝗲: The winner gets... a box of beer! 🍻 Well, 𝘄𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁. 💥 Abagy is not just 𝘢𝘯𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘴𝘤𝘢𝘯𝘯𝘦𝘳-𝘣𝘢𝘴𝘦𝘥 𝘴𝘰𝘭𝘶𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯. Our system is designed to thrive where others fall short: 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗲 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵-𝗺𝗶𝘅, 𝗹𝗼𝘄-𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗲𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀, 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁’𝘀 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴: • No manual reprogramming for new part families. • No dry runs. • No waiting for human intervention to teach the robot to deviations. • Abagy adapts automatically to deviations, making it the most efficient and reliable solution for high-mix operations. What do you say, ArcNC? 𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘂𝗽 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲? Let’s make this happen. 💪 #weldingchallenge #welding #abagyweldingchallenge #robotics #roboticwelding #weldingrobot #Manufacturing #Automation #Innovation #IndustrialAutomation
