The holiday season often brings long work hours and shifting work environments—whether you're on the road, in the office, or at home. No matter where you work, these ergonomic tips can help you stay comfortable and supported. Prioritize lumbar support – If your current set up is inadequate, try putting a pillow between your back and the chair. Separate your screen and keyboard – Working on a laptop is ergonomically imperfect and can lead to wrist and neck pain. Take movement breaks – Consistent 2-5 minute breaks every 30 to 60 minutes can limit muscle and joint stress from compounding and can actually benefit long-term productivity! While the time with loved ones is priceless,  all the travel, new sleeping environments, and festive indulgences can lead to muscle and joint discomfort. Here are a few tips to keep you feeling your best: - Sleeping: Create a familiar sleep setting, keep it cool and dark, and avoid screens before bed. - Driving: Long drives can leave you stiff.
