MEET THE TEAM: Brandon Murphy is a seasoned Senior Estimator and Project Manager with over 18 years of experience managing high-value commercial and residential construction projects. With a strong foundation in construction engineering, Brandon specializes in interior projects and high-end finishes, ensuring exceptional attention to detail and quality. He has a proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams, managing complex project schedules, and driving cost-effective solutions. Skilled in technical tools such as Revit, Bluebeam Revu, and MS Project, Brandon seamlessly integrates advanced technologies into project workflows. Known for his ability to oversee all phases of construction—from initial estimating and budgeting to execution and closeout—Brandon excels at delivering projects on time and within budget, maintaining a focus on quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

Thrilled to witness the First Tee—San Francisco Sandy Tatum Learning Center come alive with cutting-edge technology and proud to be a part of the team that made it happen. The First Tee is a nonprofit committed to developing life skills with underserved youth through golf. Jeff Lovell, my co-volunteer for First Tee CEO Dan Burke, and I worked with a dedicated team for 8 months to put Trackman’s radar-enabled field-array tracking technology in the hands of the kids to elevate training to tour-level and have fun along the way. The Trackman team made their part look easy. The challenge was getting fiber 150 yards under the 10th green to the Learning Center! To be at the opening tournament was a joy, but to hear from students Jaden Chin and Aya Laqtib about the impact First Tee has had on their lives was an unforgettable experience. It is a truly impactful program. firstteesanfrancisco.org Thanks to all... Beyond his professional role, Edward is also an accomplished artist involved in painting, writing, and performing music. A member of the Loyal Order of the Moose, he aims to lead a fiscal team one day, believing that success lies in a high emotional IQ, creativity, and a commitment to helping others.

Project Spotlight: McElroy Octagon House Singular Builders is proud to have contributed to the exterior restoration of San Francisco’s hidden gem, the McElroy Octagon House! Built in 1861 and lovingly preserved by The National Society of The Colonial Dames of America, this unique eight-sided home offers a glimpse into 19th-century architecture. Our work included an accessible concrete ramp, custom iron railings, pathway lighting, a new entrance, and matching landscaping—all crafted to honor the original design. Now more accessible, this historic site is open twice a month to the public. MEET THE TEAM: With over 14 years in accounting, Angel Salazar brings a renewed energy to his role in construction finance, drawn to the industry’s dynamic challenges, which he finds both engaging and fulfilling. Guided by his personal mantra, "The mind is its own place…," Angel approaches his work with resilience, determination, and an insatiable curiosity. Known for his drive, he continuously seeks new skills and takes pride in mentoring colleagues, especially watching them overcome obstacles and succeed. Outside the office, he’s an avid reader with a collection of over 500 books and a goal to visit all seven continents. Angel’s career goal is to grow into a Controller role, where he can expand his impact and leadership in the industry.
