Your HubSpot Dashboard = The Playlist Your Business Needs 🎶 Just like a great playlist keeps you focused, motivated, and in the zone, a well-built HubSpot dashboard keeps your business moving in rhythm. Instead of shuffling through 17 tabs to find the right metrics, imagine having all your key data—sales performance, marketing ROI, and customer support efficiency—lined up in perfect harmony, ready when you need it. Why HubSpot Dashboards Hit the Right Notes: ✅ Highlight the hits – Customize your dashboard with the metrics that matter most. ✅ Skip the filler – No more sifting through endless reports, just clear, actionable insights. ✅ Remix as needed – Whether you’re starting fresh or using a pre-built template, you can fine-tune it to fit your business. Your data should work with you, not slow you down. Ready to create the perfect mix for your team? Read our latest blog to learn more about setting up your HubSpot dashboard: https://lnkd.in/epF-GPiv

Think of your HubSpot dashboard like a curated playlist—each metric is a song that tells the story of your business’s performance. At Stitch DX, we’ve had a great time exploring how dashboards can help businesses track their goals, sales, customer service efforts, and more, all in one place. Just like how a playlist sets the mood, your dashboard sets the pace for your company’s success. HubSpot’s dashboard features give you the ability to hand-pick the data that matters most, so your team can stay aligned and productive, whether they’re in sales, marketing, or customer service. Check out our latest blog to see how you can build your own dashboard playlist. What data is a must-have on your playlist? 🎵
In the 8 months that I have been at StitchDX, this blog has been one of the most fun to put together. It took a little time to find the right direction, but once it all clicked, I really enjoyed adding a fun twist to the concept of dashboards being like playlists. 🎶 Dashboards are all about curating the right data, just like picking the perfect playlist for any moment. Whether you’re setting up a dashboard for sales, marketing, or customer service, you’re essentially creating a personalized ‘tracklist’ that helps your team stay aligned, focused, and informed. Each metric— like each song — is handpicked to provide insights that matter most to you and your goals. HubSpot makes this possible! Stay tuned for a deeper dive into specific dashboards coming soon 👀

AI is evolving fast, and so are the conversations around its ethical use. We love seeing our own Kelsey Flannery-Kuc deep in these discussions at our customer Mass Technology Leadership Council's Tech Hot Topic event. We're thrilled to see our customer MTLC leading important conversations on how AI is shaping organizations. From data integrity to AI-driven decision-making, the impact of these technologies reaches every industry, including marketing. There is a critical need for responsible AI adoption and how we can all play a role in shaping its future. We’re looking forward to continuing the conversation at MTLC’s next event on March 21st—this time, diving into AI in marketing. If you’ll be there, let’s connect!
The tech world is moving fast—AI is moving faster. 🏃♀️➡️ On Friday, I attended Mass Technology Leadership Council's event on building ethical AI in products. You might’ve seen me—I’m the one who accidentally threw her pen into the audience. Thank you, Elizabeth Graham, for being such a good sport! This event brought me a few new connections, and left me with a lot to think about. Even with the best intentions, AI-powered products can still create systems that are toxic, biased, or deceptive. The pressure to adopt AI in every part of our work—without fully understanding the risks—is real and concerning. A few key takeaways that stuck with me: 💡 AI ≠ just ChatGPT, DeepMind, or LLMs. We throw around “AI” like it’s one thing, but it’s not. These items are just getting the most attention. 💡 “Garbage in = garbage out.” If AI models are trained on incomplete, biased, or outdated data, the output will reflect that. (More accurately, the output is likely reflecting that.) 💡 The people behind the algorithms matter. The case study on AI data labeling highlighted how the workers behind the scenes are often overlooked—ethical AI includes ethical labor practices. This was something I personally haven't given a lot of thought to, and something that gets buried underneath the "mindblowing" capabilities of these AI tools. The conversation wasn’t just about risks—it was about responsibility. AI isn’t going anywhere, but how we build, deploy, and govern it is still in our hands. This event was also a great opportunity to connect with the MTLC team I see virtually every week. I’m excited for the next Tech Hot Topic event on March 21st, which is all about AI in marketing. If you plan on attending, let me know! Antonette DePalma Emma Rezendes

Helping UMassM2D2 build their LinkedIn presence and shine a spotlight on the phenomenal work they do is one of the many rewards of running their marketing! Check out our case study on their LinkedIn strategy for all the details: https://lnkd.in/gaNvY6JH
My mom always says, 'You can’t give 100% to everything all the time. If you want to give more to one thing, something else has to give.' She’s right (as moms usually are). It’s a lesson I applied to growing UMassM2D2’s LinkedIn page at StitchDX. When we set out to grow their LinkedIn followers from 160 (to now nearly 3,000 in under three years), I knew we had to go all in. So, we put the other social platforms on pause and focused all our efforts on LinkedIn. With a small but mighty team—M2D2 growing steadily and StitchDX’s three-person content team—we just didn’t have the bandwidth to do everything everywhere. This focus let us experiment with live event content, quick interview-style posts, and turning LinkedIn into a true community hub instead of just a page for updates. We created content that partners, finalists, and judges wanted to share—and we doubled down on what worked. In just nine months, we grew the page by over 1,000 followers. Since then, M2D2 has hit new highs for event attendance, applications, and email engagement—all while surpassing pre-pandemic numbers. I’m not saying LinkedIn was the only reason for these results... but I’m also not ✨not✨ saying it. Now, M2D2’s LinkedIn runs like a well-oiled machine, and we’re revisiting those other platforms to see what might work there. Social media is such a cool journey when you go all in.

Have you 'Goldilocks'ed' your way to the perfect CRM for your customers? 🐻 At StitchDX, we’ve had to adapt to a variety of platforms to meet our customers where they are. My experience spans tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, and Constant Contact, but I have spent most of my time with HubSpot (Marketing Hub) and Constant Contact. 🎯 HubSpot is like the Swiss Army knife of CRMs: scalable, all-in-one, and perfect for businesses looking to consolidate sales, marketing, customer service, and even their website. But let’s be real—their pricing tiers can be a headache for smaller businesses looking to grow. ⚖️ On the other hand, Constant Contact is a solid choice for SMBs that need an affordable platform for email campaigns and CRM functionality without the bells and whistles of advanced automation tools like workflows or sequences. 💡 Both tools shine in different areas, but I can’t help wondering: Am I settling for CRMs that might be 'too hot' or 'too cold'? Is there a CRM out there that’s just right for small businesses—one that balances affordability, functionality, and ease of use for managing thousands of contacts, email communication, and database organization? ➡️ What’s your go-to CRM for small businesses? I’d love to hear your recommendations!

🔥 Great breakdown of Copilot Chat’s new free model! At StitchDX, we know how transformative AI tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot can be. While the free model is perfect for testing, usage-based pricing can add up quickly. Key questions to consider: 🤔 Does your query volume align with usage-based costs? 🤔 Will custom AI agents solve workflows enough to justify investing in the full subscription? Tools like Copilot Studio offer exciting opportunities for customization and improved customer/employee experiences. Ready to explore the possibilities? Let us know if we can help!
President @ StitchDX | Digital Transformation and AI | Trusted advisor to CEOs, COOs, & CTOs aligning digital strategies with business objectives.
🔥 ICYMI: Microsoft made Copilot Chat "FREE" for business — but there's (naturally,) a catch... Business users can now access the Copilot chat for free... but if you want to use the agents (for example to enable customized knowledge-bases), you'll pay a usage fee based on the number of messages. This can be an open tab model where you pay-as-you-go, or a pre-paid pack of messages that you burn down. ✋ Here's the catch: Generic responses count as one message, while queries that utilize generative AI or Microsoft Graph incur higher message counts. There's a dashboard to track and manage usage so you can keep tabs on how much your agents actually cost — but it will require vigilance. Messages are about $0.01 a piece, which can add up quickly! Here are some hypothetical examples Microsoft provided, to illustrate expected costs: 👨💻 An agent on a website answers questions from customers. It consumed 500 classic answers and 2,000 generative answers. Therefore, it would cost 4,500 messages, equivalent to $45 for that day. 👩💼 An agent in Copilot Chat uses data in Microsoft Graph to answer employee questions about HR policies. The agent consumed 200 generative answers and 200 tenant Graph grounding for messages. Therefore, it would cost 6,400 messages or $64 for that day. 🤖 An autonomous agent responds to and routes inbound sales orders from customers. It consumed 100 generative answers, 100 tenant Graph grounding for messages, and 800 autonomous actions. Therefore, it would cost 23,200 messages or $232 for that day Compared to the licensed Copilot Chat for $30 (plus tax) per user, per month — this new model could open the opportunity for businesses to dip their toe into AI chat agents integrated with the Microsoft environment relatively quickly and cheaply. Also, this model, coupled with the relatively easy to use Copilot Studio, allows custom agents to be published to public sites, and/or used by the entire organization (for example in a Teams channel) with or without authentication (depending on the source of the data you're using as the knowledge base). 💪 THE BOTTOM LINE: If your organization is looking to experiment with AI tools without upfront costs, Copilot Chat is a great starting point. However, if you require more comprehensive features and seamless integration within Office applications, investing in the full Microsoft 365 Copilot subscription may ultimately provide better value. It really comes down to how much you anticipate using the AI capabilities and whether the additional features of the paid version justify the cost for your business. Our hearts are with Los Angeles As the devastating wildfires continue to impact the Los Angeles region, our team at StitchDX is deeply saddened by the immense loss faced by so many. The fires have caused destruction on an unimaginable scale, displacing families, devastating communities, and taking a growing number of lives. This tragedy hits especially close to home for us. Two of our equity partners grew up in California and have deep ties to Los Angeles. We also have the privilege of working with incredible clients in Los Angeles, Pasadena, and southern California. Knowing the resilience and strength of this community, we have no doubt they will rise above these challenges — and will come back stronger than ever. We stand in solidarity with everyone affected, directly or indirectly, by this disaster. To those who are grieving, struggling, or rebuilding, please know that our thoughts and unwavering support are with you. We also want to express immense gratitude to the first responders, firefighters, and volunteers working tirelessly to protect lives and properties. Your bravery inspires us all.
