Here at Strategic Solutions our team gets super stoked by the allure of alliteration (It’s the small things that make us smile 😊).  So we warmly welcome you to our annual post about the STS Holiday Hiatus. This time of year (the hap-hap-happiest), we take some time to bolster the batteries, recharge and reimagine, fa la la with friends and family, clean the clutter out of our inboxes, and get ready to tackle 2025 like the bosses that we be.   From December 24 through January 1, we’ll be living low-key. Though we’ll be unplugged while unwrapping, current clients need not worry. Your schedules are set, timelines are ticking and deadlines determined.  And future clients, we’ll be here to take your call on January 2 when our phones will be fully functional. So whether you are catching up with Cindy Lou or rocking out to Cyndi Lauper (whatever floats your boat), enjoy everything and Happy Holidays to you and yours.

✨STS-ers know how to celebrate the hap-hap happiest time of year! ✨ The team and their significant others got together for a holiday party full of laughter, great food, and a little friendly competition. These moments of connection and camaraderie remind us why working together is so special. Here’s to building more great memories in the new year! We kicked off the festivities by donning our elf aprons and rolling up our sleeves for a spirited gingerbread house/train building contest. Chelsea Puff, our history aficionado, led us through a game of WWII trivia where players competed for National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation inspired koozies. Laurence Christian took home the big prize, impressing us all with his incredible knowledge! Now we need YOUR help. It wouldn’t be a gingerbread house/train contest without a winner. Big things are happening in Penn Township, Westmoreland County, and we're so pleased to be a part of it! With the recent announcement of a new PA Turnpike Interchange set for future construction in Penn Township, Strategic Solutions was hired to help the Township prepare for future growth. Efforts include a series of zoning amendments and an update to the community's Transportation Impact Fee Program. On Tuesday, Chelsea Puff attended an informational open house hosted by the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission to convey important details on the new interchange project. We thank residents for their engagement during this important meeting. Speaking of engagement, we'll be back in Penn Township on Tuesday, November 26, hosting a Zoning Info Session for residents to learn more about the first set of proposed amendments to the community's zoning ordinance. We look forward to speaking with residents and keeping them informed of proposed changes to their community.
