Project Spotlight | Unilever Global consumer goods company Unilever enlisted Structure Tone to manage the renovation of its US headquarters in Englewood Cliffs, renovating the campus’ five buildings and enclosing a courtyard into a sixth. To align with the chief goals of their Sustainable Living Plan, many design features focus on sustainability and wellness, from daylighting and greenhouse gas reductions to water quality and biophilia, or connections to nature. #WeBuildAmazingSpaces To read more about our work with Unilever, click here: https://ow.ly/a5lN50UABpM

We couldn’t agree more STO Building Group! Optimizing workplaces for efficiency and effectiveness is key in modern law office construction. To learn more about Crowell & Moring, visit our website: https://lnkd.in/eUAwKKqR #lawfirms #workplace
Interesting look from CBRE at traditional law firm design vs current trends. We're building this shift - to universal office sizes, larger meeting spaces, and more access to amenities and natural light. https://ow.ly/jx6y50UrHiq 📷📷 Crowell and Moring worked on by Structure Tone! #lawfirms #workplace

We are deeply saddened to share the passing of Patrick J. Donaghy, our beloved founder and former CEO of Structure Tone. A visionary businessman, compassionate philanthropist, and cherished friend, Pat embodied the American Dream. He came to America from Ireland in 1959, with nothing but determination and grit, building the client-devoted culture that defines Structure Tone to this day. Listen to Pat tell his story in his own words in episode 1 of the Structure Tone oral history. Rest in peace, Pat. https://lnkd.in/ed5Cww9r

In late November into early December, our team at Pavarini North East campaigned to raise awareness and help prevent domestic violence and all violence against women and girls. As an organization, our “16 Days, 16 Ways” provided opportunities to support gender equality and champion women’s and girls’ rights everywhere. #WeBuildTogether

The Wells Fargo Center—home to the Philadelphia 76ers, Flyers, Wings, and Soul—is a top 10 venue in the US for sports, concerts, and other attractions. And for the past eight years, it’s also been a home for our team in Philadelphia, who has proudly partnered with owner Comcast Spectacor on multiple projects to renovate the arena. “Partnered with Structure Tone, our Building Operations team renovated the entire Wells Fargo Center, and never closed for business. The collaborative effort between our departments was on full display. Structure Tone understood our needs and accepted the challenges of working inside a burdensome schedule. Together, we tested our staffs, but also built teams where employees flourished. Through a strong belief in mentorship, training, and diligence, we took our projects from concept through design and completion. Throughout our seven years of construction, our projects were delivered on time and with the utmost in craftsmanship.” ―Tim Allen, Vice President Operations at Wells Fargo Center, Comcast Spectacor Click to read about this partnership in greater detail here: https://ow.ly/l3Mv50UfvOv
