Project Spotlight | Unilever Global consumer goods company Unilever enlisted Structure Tone to manage the renovation of its US headquarters in Englewood Cliffs, renovating the campus’ five buildings and enclosing a courtyard into a sixth. We are deeply saddened to share the passing of Patrick J. Donaghy, our beloved founder and former CEO of Structure Tone. A visionary businessman, compassionate philanthropist, and cherished friend, Pat embodied the American Dream. He came to America from Ireland in 1959, with nothing but determination and grit, building the client-devoted culture that defines Structure Tone to this day. In late November into early December, our team at Pavarini North East campaigned to raise awareness and help prevent domestic violence and all violence against women and girls. As an organization, our “16 Days, 16 Ways” provided opportunities to support gender equality and champion women’s and girls’ rights everywhere. #WeBuildTogether

Together, we tested our staffs, but also built teams where employees flourished.
