Lessons to $10M in ARR! We recently hosted a private breakfast in Boston with an exclusive group of venture-backed founders and GPs. Our breakfast featured Christopher Haley, Co-Founder of GRAX, a leader in data lifecycle management, who shared invaluable best practices and strategies for scaling revenue to $10M and driving business growth. Here are some of our takeaways: 👉 ⁠Channel-market fit can be more important than product-market fit. It is important to really understand the channel's and SDRs' KPIs to align interests and have them champion you 👉 A clean cap table allows for nimble decision-making during challenging times, and taking less external investments gives you more flexibility when thinking about exits 👉 Manage that burn! Similar to poker, for as long as you have chips on the table, you can still keep playing with the chance of winning.
