As 2024 comes to a close, we’re reflecting on a year filled with growth, challenges, resilience, and incredible moments of connection. From weathering Hurricane Helene together to celebrating community milestones like opening Taco Boy LoSo, Charlotte, celebrating our 1st birthday in Biltmore Park, and bringing back some legacy menu staples, this year reminded us of the strength in coming together. We’re endlessly grateful for our amazing team, the neighbors who showed up, and the love shared over tacos, margaritas, and meaningful gatherings. Here’s to building more memories, uplifting our communities, and continuing the journey together in 2025. Thank you for being part of our story this year. Meet Jhon Herasme, our amazing Corporate Trainer who has been with Taco Boy for over 2 1/2 years! Originally from the Dominican Republic, Jhon was drawn to Taco Boy because of the atmosphere, positive vibes, and upbeat spirit that makes Taco Boy welcome to all. When we asked him what keeps him inspired, Jhon said it’s all about learning new skills and growing every day. He loves the challenge of getting better and values the connections he makes with guests and our teams across North and South Carolina. And when it comes to his favorite menu item? It’s the Birria Quesadilla—no contest. We’re lucky to know Jhon — who brings his passion and positive energy with him day in and out! Our team has adored getting to know him over the last few years and we are looking forward to many more together. Thank you Jhon for all you do!
