    Travelling from Singapore to Japan and Hong Kong over the past 2 weeks, I met up with strategic partners and in our discussions, a key theme emerged and that is the challenges posed by rapidly aging populations, workforce shortages, knowledge loss/transitions and climate resilience. Based on the projections for HK, by 2038, about one-third of the population will be over the age of 65. These issues are especially critical to industries like water utilities operations and facility management in highly urbanised cities, where asset maintenance inefficiencies and gaps in workforce and knowledge management significantly contribute to carbon footprints and reduce adaptability to climate risks.  The challenges from the loss of tacit knowledge from fast retiring employees or high staff turnovers/attrition is very real and this significantly threatens operational continuity, institutional memory, ability to innovation and to respond effectively to climate challenges. At TeamSolve, we harness Generative AI technology innovation coupled with our domain expertise and experience to safely address these issues.
