Helping Organizations Develop Their Leaders - Leadership Facilitator, Keynote Speaker, Podcast Host

One of my goals for 2024 was to step out from behind my desk and focus on meeting and building relationships with people in person. Building my own leadership consulting firm has been incredibly rewarding, but one thing I’ve missed about corporate life is the energy that comes from connecting, creating, and collaborating with others. This year, I took my own advice: as someone who often coaches, speaks, and advises leaders on the power of building relationships and connection to drive better results, I made it a priority to do the same. While virtual connections remain valuable, the in-person experiences this year have been a real source of energy and inspiration. I feel both grateful and energized by all the incredible people I’ve had the opportunity to meet—especially those I first connected with here on LinkedIn. From conversations after speaking engagements and leadership programs to conferences and doing live podcasting events, these moments of connection have been a reminder of what makes this work so fulfilling, and certainly spawned a whole new set of opportunities. Grateful for all of those I was able to meet in 2024, and here's to more connection in 2025!
