Many great insights in our conversation with Deloitte's Chief Learning Officer Anthony R. Stephan. Make sure to check out the episode today! 👇
Last month, I had the privilege of speaking with Deloitte's Chief Learning Officer, Anthony Stephan on The Edge of Work podcast. As a Deloitte alum and with many friends in the learning organization, I was excited to learn more about what's at the top of my mind from the Chief Learning Officer for Deloitte's learning business. During our chat, we covered everything, from his "100 in 100" initiative, Deloitte's focus on technical (hot skills) and human skills (Enduring skills) and some of the key initiatives they are running internally (and in some cases, externally) around them. One of my favorite parts was digging into how Anthony sees the hallmarks of a great learning culture that permeates the norms and ways of working of a professional services organization (think apprenticeship) evolving for today's world of work. If you're a leader in the learning space, make sure to take a listen, would love to hear your thoughts! Listen Here: https://lnkd.in/eN5KXqum

This summer, I wrote an article titled “Lead From Anywhere” for ATD Magazine. The idea for the article came from a presentation I did last year at ATD ICE in New Orleans on a similar topic that encouraged talent professionals, regardless of title, role or where they sat on the org to embrace leadership to drive greater impact. Delighted to share that my article was published but also, was the cover for the fall edition of the magazine! The concept for the article came from the numerous talent practitioners I’ve worked with, who have embraced the concept of leading from anywhere to build better relationships, drive greater team results and scale their individual impact by focusing on building relationships and prioritizing collective success. Thanks to Association for Talent Development (ATD) Magazine for embracing my ideas and the handful of partners with whom we’ve delivered the Lead From Anywhere Program to inside organizations. And if you’re someone who also believes in the power of leading from anywhere, I’d love to hear how you're encouraging this mindset within your organization!

I had a great time chatting with my friend Megan Galloway on her new podcast Changed! This was a wide-ranging conversation around the topic of change, which gave me the chance to talk about an incredibly transformational change that happened in my life when I was just a teenager (you'll have to listen to hear more about it!) During our conversation, we covered everything from how this change changed me and set the stage for what I do in my career today, as well as the importance of surrounding yourself with a great support system of people when you are navigating through times of change. Grateful to Megan for the chance to share a few of my experiences and for creating the space to talk about an important topic! (link in comments for the podcast!)
