    Brace yourselves, friends — I’ve been on a reading binge that's left my bookshelves both heavier and wiser. Here’s the scoop on the literary trio that got me thinking and acting: 1️⃣ "Never Lose a Customer Again" by Joey Coleman The author shows how the interactions and the customer experience in the first 100 days after a sale are critical in building customer loyalty. I learned about the emotional phases customers go through following a purchase. The theory is excellently illustrated by real-life case studies from well-known companies. 2️⃣ "The Experience Maker" by Dan Gingiss Warning: This book might lead to an office-wide epiphany epidemic. It did for me, hence the bulk order. Bright Pink Agency team – get ready for a brainstorming bonanza! So many "a-ha" moments and "I can't believe we're not doing that already" thoughts! If you're looking to up your CX game, get this book. 3️⃣ "All In" by Mike Michalowicz I'm proud to say I've read every Mike Michalowicz book (some more than once!) and implemented ideas from most. This might be my favorite book of his. It's packed with great examples and playbooks on how to build an unstoppable team. Leading a team has never been harder... but thankfully, there are tools like this book! In a plot twist no one saw coming, I've stocked up on "The Experience Maker" like it's going out of style (hint: it's not), and "All In" is now the unofficial guidebook for my leadership team.
