We are a Business Directory for New Zealand, Australia and Singapore, allowing CEOs and Founder to directly search and enquire after Fractional Talent. We surface all publicly listed Fractional Leaders operating on Linkedin within New Zealand, and those who have opted-in to work with New Zealand companies from Australia. In September 2024, we will be expanding to include a directory for individuals operating in Singapore. We believe in transparency, pay equity, and supporting both a gender balanced and ethnically diverse talent pool, accurately surfacing the skills of leadership experts across all demographics represented in the regions we operate.

These collaborations have been set up to remake talent matching in the fractional leadership space in Singapore.     🥱 Networking doesn't need to be a dirty word. It's easy to find excuses to stay at home (especially when its your main place of work), but this #fractional get together in Tāmaki Makaurau is always worth it for me. It fills the cup - catching up with like minded, interesting and talented people - getting some time kanohi ki te kanohi gives me an energy lift, and gets the ideas going. It's all about picking the right peeps/network in the first place. For the #fractional community plans are afoot for an end-of-year bash, with more info to come next week.     here's an interesting thought: fractional work is exploding in popularity, as are the marketplaces to contract (eg https://lnkd.in/g87Vq-ny) or even pick an exec's brain for 30m (eg Intro) if fractional work continues to grow (both supply side and demand side) at the rate of the last 3 years, could we reach a point where your average startup has more fractional teammates than full-time teammates? in conjunction with the rapid spread of prosumer AI applications (eg CX, outbound sales, talent sourcing), maybe fractional work is the hack that unlocks Sam Altman's predicted 1-person $1B company. reminds me of the early days of the gig work era
