Check out this project Austin delivered for a AstraZeneca! This 11,696-SF facility packages and distributes pharmaceutical products for global clinical trials. The ground floor features specialized areas for bulk drug storage, sample weighing, small-scale manufacturing, and randomizing, including a walk-in laminar flow booth with computer-recorded transactions. A partial second floor houses administration, dispenser offices, and a segregated label-printing area, all with controlled access for security. Austin’s U.K. team master planned, designed, and managed construction for the dispensary and provided services for an adjacent Quality Assurance Laboratory Building. #ThrowbackThursday

Recently, we celebrated the relocation of our new office in Melbourne, Florida! This strategic move reflects Austin’s ongoing commitment to expanding its presence in Florida, with both legacy and new clients in mind. The Melbourne office will serve as a hub for aerospace and defense subject matter experts, designers, engineers, and construction management professionals. This team will continue Austin’s design-build work on Florida’s Space Coast and throughout the region, supporting the USSF Space Systems Command Assured Access to Space mission. Having worked in the Space Coast for many years, we’re thrilled to have a physical presence to serve our clients better and build lasting relationships.
