A little more sparkle, a little less stress. Just a couple of days ago, we had our Staff Christmas Party. It is this one day in a year when we can meet our entire team and their partners. When we don’t look at the clock and chat with each other for hours, dance as if nobody’s watching, and just laugh. We all had a fantastic time!

Team Austin kicked off the festive season in style with a Secret Santa gift exchange, that made us laugh, cheer, and gasp with delight at the gifts we received. From Grinch cups, cheeky adult colouring books, to cute ornaments, self-care bundles and Mustang calendars… the Santas truly served up a spread like no other and helped us create a memory to cherish for days to come! #SecretSanta #FestiveSeason

The ISPE Affiliate Annual Conference and Awards Dinner 2024 yesterday turned out to be as eventful as we had anticipated. We had a fabulous time meeting new people from across the board, hearing about new projects, ideas, and interesting engineering developments, and touching base with our clients and partners who we are grateful could join us at the event. It felt particularly exciting to team up with Kindeva Drug Delivery and talk about their impressive project that we had an honour to be part of. We were truly touched to see how well it was received. Just like every year, we came away from the event feeling enthusiastic about the future of the industry and looking forward to ISPE 2025!

Many of us think holding back our ‘stupid’ questions is very mindful, very demure… But sometimes asking them isn’t really a bad idea. Picture this. A recent run-of-the-mill lunchtime CPD session and suddenly the term “dead leg” popped up on screen. While the engineers in the room knew what it meant, it was enough to completely bamboozle the Marketing gals! With their brains conjuring up gory images suited more to murder mysteries than anything technical, they awkwardly brought it up later only to be shown a ‘real’ plumbing dead leg on the wall mere feet away from their desks! Needless to say, their innocent confusion and the bashful look on their faces made their colleagues burst into laughter and created a memory that still makes them cringe! Today being Ask a Stupid Question Day, there really is no better time to appreciate ‘dumb’ questions like this and their fun-dumb-entality to life!
